The Heart Always Knows

The Heart always know.

The mind can play tricks on us.

But the Heart always knows and will never lie to us.

The nature of the mind is to keep us safe.

And although this was of paramount importance when we were cave women running away from whatever was hunting us, it is now an outdated concept and needs to be put down.

But our epigenetic programming runs deep.

Simply understanding and acknowledging that this is an outdated concept is enough.

Instead we turn to the heart center (the heart chakra) as our compass.

This area will never lie to us.

If we learn to tune into this area it will guide us in ALL areas of our life.

Should my son go to that school?

Where will my daughter thrive?

Is this relationship in alignment with my highest purpose?

Should I stay or should I go?

AN INVITATION:

1. Sit comfortably and easily and do some breathwork. Either the 5-7 min practice that I teach or a practice of your own.

2. Once you are fishined with the breathwork practice and are in meditation BRING YOUR ATTENTION to your Heart Center. Tune into this area and just observe. Now ask your question, quietly in your mind. And listen by simply observing the Heart Space. It will answer you honestly EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Note: If you tune into this area during the above exercise and find heaviness there, it means that you are carrying something that needs to be processed and released. This can be done via breathwork, innerwork and/or mindset work.
