I value DEPTH. I value CONNECTION. The women I work with Bring me their stories. Perhaps it’s the first time they’re sharing it. As humans, it’s important to feel witnessed. To feel safe to share. To be able to share the parts of us that we feel shame around and have an opportunity to unburden. I don’t take this role lightly. I hold this space with the upmost reverence & respect. I also do my best to not get too dramatic. Yes, the topic is already heavy enough and some of my clients have been carrying it around for quite some time.
My focus is to transmute it. I don’t rush anyone. We take all the time we need. But the GOAL, the FOCUS is to Move beyond the story. To become EMOTIONALLY CURRENT. The shifts and the healing can be pretty quick if you’re ready and available. The women I work with are self-lead and empowered, And if they’re feeling like they’re not, I direct them to my STEPPING INTO YOUR POWER program. I cannot wait to see who shows up to work with me next. For the women who are following, and reading this, I tell you don’t wait. Speaking from a place of someone who has healed from a lot of abuse and trauma and moved beyond my story: The BLISS, JOY & PEACE that is available for you on the other side is just not worth waiting another day in inaction or indecision for.
