Celebrating the Feminine while Honoring the Masculine

Masculine energy is so amazing! Being in your masculine is what gets things done in the home and at work. Masculine energy is beautiful. It's productive and extremely results oriented. It definitely has its purpose.

The issue is not masculine energy. The issue is more about what happens when we, as women, remain in masculine energy all day.

Typically, for most women, when they remain in masculine energy with a focus on doing, they drain their energy way too quickly. And in some cases, present company included, they keep pushing and eventually burnout. This often manifests as adrenal fatigue and/or autoimmune.

What does it mean to be in the feminine? What does embodying feminine energy look like?

Embodying the feminine is not about flowy dresses and dangly earrings. It can be, but it does not need to be. You can be super girlie on the outside and still not embody femine energy.

Femine energy is about slowing the bleep down. :) It's about moving out of our heads and into our bodies.

It's about relinquishing control of people and things and allowing life to flow. It's not about pushing and pulling but rather leaning back and receiving. It's about transitioning from a place of doing to a place of being.

Let me give you a real life example of what this may look like for you:

You go to the office and you can move in your masculine being a mover and a shaker (if that's what works for you). But then when you get home, if you can, have a quick shower (1-2 min), put on a comfy flowy dress or something that makes you feel relaxed and beautiful, put on some music, pour yourself a pretty drink in a fancy glass and begin to cook.

Not rushing and stressing but just moving in flow. (My pasta still takes 10 min. to cook whether I'm stressing and rushing or just flowing.)

Eventually what you will discover is that feminine energy with an energy of BEING rather than DOING still gets things done.

It's not that you are not productive when in the FEMININE, it's just that things happen more from a place of overflow and abundance rather than pushing and forcing.

With Aloha,

Dagmara
