Anger is not the Real Emotion


Did you know that ANGER is not the real emotion? Anger is the suppression of another emotion. It could be any emotion. It could be jealousy, it could be fear or even sadness. The emotion that anger is trying to push down/to suppress is the REAL emotion.


So what can you do?


The way out of it is to really embrace and feel the real emotion. Whatever that emotion may be. Really feel into it. Be with it. Observe it without trying to run away from it. You can close your eyes and mentally scan your body. Notice if you can feel it anywhere it your body. It may feel like a heaviness or a pressure.


If you do notice an area of your body where it exists start by just observing it. Meditate. Pour love on it. Be patient and Be with it. Watch it slowly transform into COMPASSION.


Compassion is 100% unconditional love and acceptance without having to know the why.
